How can I book a color session?Color sessions can be booked by booking a color consultation. Consultations are mandatory in order to book a color service.

How can I book an appointment?Book an appointment by visiting the appointments page and booking online.

I don't see any appointments available on the site. How else can I book?If no slots are shown as available, chances are, the calendar is fully booked. There also may not be enough time for your desired service. If you'd like to request a day unavailable on the calendar or a time outside of set salon hours, text 646-825-0654. Your appointment being scheduled is at the discretion of the stylist. All appointments scheduled under these circumstances will incur a 30% uncharge.

Do you allow children in the salon?Children are welcome in the salon if they are being serviced. Any children or additional guests not being serviced should not be waiting in the salon at the time of the accompanied's appointment.

Do I have to bring cash?Preferred methods of payments are credit/debit card, Apple Pay or Cash App. Cash is taken but change may be limited.
